Conditions
- 1/12 Pitch is only available with a metal roof and requires tar paper for engineered plans.
- No Engineered Plans for slopes below 3/12 without tar paper.
- No 6″ Overhang on Tall Wall.
- Available Sizes 6×6 to 6×16
All buildings 12′ wide and larger are measured across the eaves due to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Smaller width buildings are measure from the outside corners of the walls.
